The statistic about nearly 8 million women being diagnosed in the past five years is staggering, though! It really highlights the importance of regular screenings and self-exams. Speaking of getting around for appointments, I hope everyone has access to reliable transportation; even something as simple as finding a ride to a screening can make a huge difference.
